Welcome to Fox Lane Farm. Located in beautiful southwestern Montana, the farm has been in existence for 30 years. It was formerly known as DeMars Quarter Horses, the farms owner/operator is Lee Ann DeMars, an accomplished horseman with a long history of being involved in the quarter horse industry. Lee Ann has been on a horse ever since she can remember. Being raised on a ranch in the remote Big Hole Valley, 60 miles from the nearest large town, riding was necessary for work, as well as one of the only forms of entertainment. Bill and Sherrie Harrison, Lee Ann's parents, were a vital influence on her horse career. They had a ranch remuda, with two stallions and numerous mares, geldings were used on the ranch and sold and the mares were kept for breeding. Even in this remote landscape, quality was always paramount. Only mares that were athletic and good minded were kept on the place. This concern for quality and performance was handed down to Lee Ann and has continued to be her primary concern when selecting, breeding and showing her stock today. She has spent the last 25 years using this philosophy to create Fox Lane Farm LLC.

Staying true to her roots, Montana, albeit remote by horse industry standards, is still home and the best place to raise good horses. Becoming an accomplished horseman, Lee Ann has traveled extensively to stay current with today's standard. She holds judges cards with AQHA, APHA, and NSBA. She has judged several of the countries major events, including two AQHYA World Shows, the APHA World Show, Arizona Sun Country Circuit, Copper Country Classic (APHA), the Big A, and The Tom Powers Futurities.

Lee Ann has shown winners on a regional and national level. She has two AQHA Champions and one Reserve World Champion to her credit. She has also shown several horses to their superior event honors in Hunter Under Saddle, Trail and Western Pleasure. Several of these horses were raised by Fox Lane Farm and continue their contribution in the show string and broodmare band today. Fox Lane Farm is very involved in training, coaching and showing, helping clients select and show their horses as well as raising, training and showing quality futurity horses.

As time passes, Fox Lane Farm LLC is hopeful to make a serious contribution to the quarter horse industry by raising, training and offering to the public the highest quality horses, based on the commitment to quality conformation, athleticism and mental ability.
